Currently I am accepting new clients.
My fee is $50/hr. and I do everything and anything from shopping alone (or with you), helping you with design ideas, colors that compliment each other, mixing fun textures, helping you with DIY projects, reupholstering furniture, finding great deals, and creating a room you will love on a budget!
I do paint, sew, glue and help in many decorative projects. I am not, however, a contractor and any electrical or demolishing projects will need to be contracted. I can help with setting appointments and finding companies to come and take care of what you want done affordably, but it will be the trained professionals that take care of those areas of work. I will oversee, of course and be as involved and in control as you would like me.
Full projects or just a few pieces?
I have been doing full project rooms for a one time fee (normally 25% of the entire cost of the project, for example if a room ends up costing $5,000 in furniture, design, painting, etc., then my cost for my services and help will be 25% of that $5,000). Searching and working on just a few pieces (such as furniture, reupholstering, finding/sewing pillows) will be $50/hour.

How much does the average room cost?
I do bedrooms for $1,000 and sometimes a lot less. Just spicing up an old room with a few new pieces can cost around a few hundred. I'm currently re-doing my bedroom completely for less than $1,000. Whatever your budget is, we will make it work!

I have the knowledge and education of knowing what will best work for the type of room you are wanting and I do so, very affordably. I know the O'fallon, St. Peters, St. Charles, Wentzville, Dardenne Prairie area and all surrounding areas of St. Louis very well so I know where the best thrift stores are, where we can find what you need and find it at the lowest price!
